Assembly Stage
- Install tail module. Make sure to route all necessary cables
- Install Avionics+Cabin module. Allign all bolts correctly and ensure no cable is caught between bolts & frame
- Install 8 nuts in the rear of the vehicle. All 4 bolts must be double nut installed to prevent nuts from coming loose
- Install both wings. Double check cables
- Install wing retaining bolts
- Install 4 nuts to secure cabin bay door
Pre-Flight stage
- Do a overall check of the vehicle. Check for any fractures or parts with compromised integrity
- Double check all cables. Ensure no servo plug is installed backwards
- Ensure all props are removed
- Connect battery and ensure good telemetry link & RC connection
- Arm the vehicle in MC mode. Check motor directions and tilt servos for yaw control
- Transition vehicle to FW mode. Ensure all motors tilt forward, and control surfaces move via rc commands.
- Ensure control surfaces move in response to roll & pitch of the vehicle in stabilized mode
- Transition back to MC mode, disarm and unplug battery
- Install props. Double check prop direction and screw torque
- Reinstall battery and install battery cover
- Arm the vehicle in MC mode and test hover
